Extensions- policies

Beautiful extensions take a little planning — on both sides. 💚

Hair extensions are a customized service that requires additional appointment time, specialty products, and in many cases, hair ordered specifically for you. Because of this, extension appointments have a few additional policies.

CONSULTATION + HAIR ORDERING
A consultation may be required before your first extension appointment so we can determine the best method, length, color, and amount of hair needed.

Any deposit collected toward extension hair is non-refundable once the hair has been ordered, as the hair has been purchased specifically for your service.

APPOINTMENT CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice when changing or canceling an extension appointment.

Because these appointments reserve a significant amount of time, late cancellations or major service changes may result in a fee and/or require a deposit before rescheduling.

MAINTENANCE MATTERS
Extensions require regular maintenance to keep both your natural hair and your extensions healthy.

Your stylist will recommend a maintenance schedule based on your extension method. Waiting significantly beyond that recommendation can affect the condition of the extensions and your natural hair and may require additional time or services at your next appointment.

HOME CARE
Proper home care plays a huge role in how well your extensions wear. We will go over recommended products, brushing, washing, drying, sleeping, and styling with you.

Damage caused by improper home care, excessive heat, chemical services performed elsewhere, or going beyond the recommended maintenance schedule is not considered an installation issue.

ADJUSTMENTS
If something doesn't seem right after your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We want the opportunity to take a look and help.

Any concerns regarding the initial installation should be brought to our attention within 7 days of your appointment.

REMOVAL + WORK FROM ANOTHER SALON
Please let us know when booking if you currently have extensions installed by another stylist. Additional removal, detangling, color correction, or preparation may require extra time and additional charges.

Extensions are an investment — and a partnership between you and your stylist. We'll do our part to give you beautiful hair and teach you how to care for it; we just ask that you do your part at home. 💚
